I bought two seated tickets for Leeds Arena for a Friday night they eventually arrived on my phone at 5pm same night with a message saying would I like an upgrade seat for the same price. When we arrived with the bar code viagogo had upgraded us to standing tickets😡. Bit awkward with a wooden leg. Complained to viagogo but wasn’t really bothered lesson learned always book direct.
