SCAM ! Avoid at all costs. They look like a serious ticket vendor if you don´t look closely. Always checkreal ticket price with the venue or reputable sellers in advace. Because if you don´t (don´t ask me how I know), Viagogo pricks will hapilly sell you the ticket for triple the price. If you then find out and write a complaint, they go "blah blah we are only marketplace for fans, everyone can sell the tickects for their price, we cannot refund you" etc...The thing is - you have almost no chance to realise that you on some marketplace like ebay. You just click on the google search link, then there is a ticket, and absolutelly NO mention about the fact that you are buying from the third party and the price is MUCH higher than real. I can prove it, I have screenshots. It has all the parameters of a fraud or customer scam. Avoid them and if you, like me, get deceived, spread the word.
CAREFUL in BRASIL: They let sellers exploit tourists through the "senior citizen ticket scam".
In Brasil people can get Senior citizen concert tickets for discounted prices (50%). Tourists often don't know that, and sellers (as well as Viagogo) knows that. So many buy these tickets and Resell for 5 times the price.
Viagogo tags the tickets very small as "senior ticket" knowingly you won't notice if you don't know about it.
Arriving at the concert, they didn't let us in with these tickets. First i felt stupid, but then at the ticket corner next to the stadium , hundreds of people were queuing because of the same scam. The Security told us not to buy with Viagogo because they always let that happen and profit from it a lot.

Absolutely awful experience. Bought 6 tickets for the Six Nations England vs Ireland game, and flew 5 people to London to watch it. The tickets were never sent to me, no details, and the customer service chat is NEVER answered, keeps saying the queue is 61 minutes.
I have no option but to sue them now for the tickets plus losses.
I am having a truly miserable experience with this company! I booked a ticket for my teenage son to a football match in Italy tomorrow in a particular section of the stadium, which, on Viagogo's website, was available. I booked that section because he is travelling with friends and they already had tickets in that section. Viagogo sent me an email a few hours later to say that the supplier had no tickets left in that section, and they offered me an alternative or a refund. However, one minute later, before I had even seen that email, another email arrived to say, thanks for accepting the offer, your tickets are available for download! I did not at any point accept the offer of the alternative ticket yet they claim I did so would not offer me any other alternative or refund. I will say that the customer representative I chatted with on line, and then the one I spoke to over the phone, were both very pleasant and genuinely tried to help, but kept coming back to the same company line, sales are final, you accepted the offer, there is nothing we can do. I asked them for proof that I had accepted the offer but they could not provide it, their policy doesn't allow it. BOTTOM LINE. Their company policy benefits the comapny but literally scams the customer! Don't use them, ever!
It’s the fourth time I’ve purchased a ticket through this website, but it’s the first time I encountered a problem. I never got my original tickets, an hour after they opened the venue, I got an automated exchange. I was able to choose last minute between a few choices. The one I ended up was a bit better than my original ticket. But the stress and anxiety of not knowing whether I ll get to go to the concert, wasn’t worth it. I came late to the venue, because I didn’t get my new ticket until almost 6 pm, the event started at 8. Thank goodness I don’t live too far from the venue.
Great experience with support. Bought the tickets for the Lady Gaga Tokyo Mayhem concert while I was overseas and they delivered it to my hotel as I requested before the concert. I was worried that I would not receive the tickets on time but I was reassured by their support team. Thanks so much!
WARNING IT'S A SCAM!! I purchased 3 tickets for Jason Derulo concert at O2 London. I reveived an email from them that said e-tickets in section 103, row F, seats 94-96.
When we arrived at O2 we were told to go to the kiosk and speak with the staff there. The staff memver told me I had been scammed and gave me a paper with information to report it to the police.
I sent e-mail to Viagogo and they refused to refund me.
The tickets are for the wrong date! Viagogo support team has been pathetic; 30% commission has been added on each ticket (it’s called “handling”! What a rort!
I’ll never deal with Viagogo again!
They are a SCAM!! I got a parking ticket for a concert, and paid 50.00. When I bought the ticket it was to a different parking area. I contacted customer service and showed proof and they didn't care. they said there was nothing they could do- huh?
It was terrible. I bought the ticket, everything is OK. The order number 631786059 was received by me on time, but due to the fact that I was not given a visa, I decided to resell the ticket. I did everything according to the instructions on the website, the ad was put up for sale, but I decided to change the price, changed the price and that's it! Silence! There are no ads, no email, nothing, two weeks before the event and the probability that I can sell it is getting lower, by the way, the ticket cost 250 euros! I'm writing in the background..... they offer me EVERYTHING: to change the payment method, to change the phone, to place the ad myself, they even wrote that I should place it for 110 euros, although I bought it for 250, and then I put it up for 300 and everything was OK! And NO ONE, I repeat, NO ONE could explain to me the reason why the ad was not displayed on the site, NO ONE could answer, Each of the operators offered things that were not relevant at all in order to simply work out phrases according to the algorithm, TO STALL for TIME. It was just a moral mockery, I've been involved since I was 10!!! saportami and everyone stupidly merges you. Only one person was able to answer the reason, and ONLY then did I receive an email explaining what had happened. I'm crying, it's a waste of time, they ask me to wait another 3 days, I talked to their colleagues for an hour, and each time I had to explain what was the matter. THIS IS THE WORST SUPPORT. they were just stalling for time, and now they wrote in the letter that they need to wait 3 days, AND WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THESE 5 DAYS? Did you ask me to clear my cache?
