The agent explicitly reassured me that I was 'fully covered' and 'did not need to worry,' confirming the seller was cooperating. Relying on these specific assurances, I proceeded with international travel to Italy.
The tickets were cancelled at the last minute, leaving me stranded at the stadium. While a refund was issued, it does not cover the 500 EUR in travel and accommodation losses I incurred due to their misleading information. If they hadn't given me false confidence, I would have bought alternative tickets.
I have documented proof (chat logs) of these false guarantees. A simple refund is not enough when your agents induce customers to spend money on travel based on lies. I am now escalating this to ECC-Net and the authorities. Avoid this platform if you value your time and money.
