Ticket protection? More like a scam. Viagogo service is the worst untrustworthy of all. They work more as a syndicate. They don’t even show any remorse for the error made by their ticketing system. Avoid buying anything or availing any services from this company. I will not stop bashing this company for the worst service i experienced from them. I will continue doing this even for a hundred years if i have to. Even if they change their name, i will not stop until the whole syndicate burn. Better buy from somebody else
