Seller uploaded invalid tickets for Japan F1 GP 2026 (Order #636767886). Viagogo’s own email on March 26 confirmed the tickets were invalid. Their chat agents confirmed the seller uploaded the wrong ticket. Despite all this evidence IN WRITING from Viagogo themselves, their supervisor ‘Genesis’ denied compensation claiming it was a WiFi issue and that I reported ‘after the event’ — even though I contacted support on March 28 while the event was still running. I missed 2 out of 3 days of an event I paid thousands of dollars for and traveled internationally to attend. Avoid Viagogo they will deny claims even with their own written evidence against them
