I had 2 tickets for Bad Bunny show in Buenos Aires feb 14 through Viagogo platform and it was absolutely bad expérience. Not only i got my tickets 2 hours before the show but i was also informed that my seats have been changed for worst location. No other choice than accepting. Not even sure the seats i was given were not cheaper than the ones i initially bought 4 months ago… and it was not cheap prices!!! With the service they charge you, it increases so much the price tags they show in the front page of the selling plateform. I will strongly not recommend to use it for ur next concert ticket and obviously you can’t talk to anyone as your show is coming soon and still no tickets. Bad experience and very borderline selling and marketing practices.
