I am so happy with my purchase and experience! They have options for payment plans which made it possible to go to the innings Festival. Super fast shipping, I think the seller had dropped off the tickets to FedEx within the hour of my order being placed. Tickets arrived on time, and I loved that viagogo sends out an email saying if anything seems sus to let them know immediately or if there are any issues. All around a great purchase experience and the show was phenomenal! I would use them again.
Total scam. Viagogo sold us tickets at nearly 3× the price of SM Tickets. Their site was down when I tried to buy, so I trusted Viagogo — big mistake. Never buying from them again.
I wish I got the tickets earlier but they came the morning of the event and that was enough time for me to feel comfortable. I love that I was able to communicate my concerns and they felt heard. the overall experience was good, I love the price, the seats and most of all my spouse had a great time.
I had 2 tickets for Bad Bunny show in Buenos Aires feb 14 through Viagogo platform and it was absolutely bad expérience. Not only i got my tickets 2 hours before the show but i was also informed that my seats have been changed for worst location. No other choice than accepting. Not even sure the seats i was given were not cheaper than the ones i initially bought 4 months ago… and it was not cheap prices!!! With the service they charge you, it increases so much the price tags they show in the front page of the selling plateform. I will strongly not recommend to use it for ur next concert ticket and obviously you can’t talk to anyone as your show is coming soon and still no tickets. Bad experience and very borderline selling and marketing practices.
Great seats last minute at, what I think, was cost price. We had thought we bought tickets when they first came out, but we couldn’t find them. We thought we’d miss out as the concert was sold out, so we were very happy to find tickets here, and at a very reasonable price.
