I spent over $2,000 on 6 Nations tickets as a Christmas present for my parents, a once-in-a-lifetime gift. The tickets were meant to be released at 11:10am for a 14:00 kickoff. I received a confirmation email saying they had been released… yet no tickets ever arrived.Customer service was beyond appalling. “Martin” was dismissive, unhelpful, and kept parroting “trust the process” like a broken record while the clock ticked down to kickoff. No accountability. No urgency. No actual solution. Just empty, scripted nonsense.My parents flew to London for this match. Flights, hotels, the whole thing, all potentially wasted because this company cannot execute the single thing it claims to do: deliver tickets people have already paid thousands for.The stress, embarrassment, and anger this caused is unbelievable. This isn’t a minor inconvenience, this is people’s money, time, and memories you’re playing with.There may be positive reviews on here, but based on my experience, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
