I received the tickets just two hours before the concert although I payed in October. Tickets I received from another person and not from the organizer so that is a little bit dissappointing because I payed high price for it. Could have payed less money for tickets directly from ticketmaster
The experience is nice, the only scary thing is getting your ticket on the day of the event. Like you're not sure, are you ok, safe, are you going or not? We bought tickets here for the first time and then didn't get them right away, so I was sceptical and nervous about getting the real physical tickets by email. Luckily, everything was okay and at around 7-8 in the morning (with the concert at 20) we got the tickets on email and had to go through claiming them. Everything was alright after that!
I purchased tickets to an event 20 minutes before it started. I was looking at many other ticket sites trying to get the cheapest tickets I could find for the event and found them on Viagogo. I was afraid I might not get the tickets in time but they came right after purchase. Will definitely use them again.
I spent over $2,000 on 6 Nations tickets as a Christmas present for my parents, a once-in-a-lifetime gift. The tickets were meant to be released at 11:10am for a 14:00 kickoff. I received a confirmation email saying they had been released… yet no tickets ever arrived.Customer service was beyond appalling. “Martin” was dismissive, unhelpful, and kept parroting “trust the process” like a broken record while the clock ticked down to kickoff. No accountability. No urgency. No actual solution. Just empty, scripted nonsense.My parents flew to London for this match. Flights, hotels, the whole thing, all potentially wasted because this company cannot execute the single thing it claims to do: deliver tickets people have already paid thousands for.The stress, embarrassment, and anger this caused is unbelievable. This isn’t a minor inconvenience, this is people’s money, time, and memories you’re playing with.There may be positive reviews on here, but based on my experience, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I would genuinely pay double just to ensure nobody I know ever has to deal with this mess.Viagogo has been a complete waste of time, money, and energy.Avoid at all costs.
