Pity you have no negative numbers, or at least a 0 for rating!The Dutch kids choir "Kinderen voor Kinderen" has their concert in AFAS Live Amsterdam, NL over the weekend of Dec 28-31, 2024. Viagogo bombarded the first page of the Google search engine so we could only see tickets options on Viagogo. The things happened after clicking the Buy button are the following:1. You do NOT get to choose the number of your tickets at free will, and you cannot put the seats together.2. You do NOT get to receive the tickets right after your payment, you have to wait for 2 months.3. One week before the concert, you receive an email from Viagogo, telling you your tickets are NOT available, but "don't worry, your tickets are guaranteed, and we will give you an upgrade for free".4. You do NOT receive the tickets until 4 hours before the concert.5. You go to the concert, and then you are blocked outside, because the venue tickets personnel tells you "You bought them from Viagogo? Yeah, no, they are fake tickets, you cannot get in."6. Your 5-year-old kid stands in the rain, switching from the "Kinderen voor Kinderen" hyper mood (because the band was playing right at the entrance to welcome the kids) to a deep disappointment and confusion, asking "Mama, why are WE not allowed to get in?..."7. You try to buy another set of 3 tickets right away with zero luck.8. You try to contact Viagogo for a solution but they are nowhere to reach.9. One day after the event, you try to get your refund (as they claim it is a "guarantee"), but only to find out there is no such thing on Viagogo that can get you to "refund".10. You go to the official website of Kinderen voor Kinderen just for curiosity, AND you find out that Viagogo has charged you 238% higher per person, just on the ticket price!Why is this site or whatever thing still existing?!!
