ABSOLUTE SCAM!! DO NOT USEIf it was an option, I would give viagogo 0/5 stars.Kept telling me I will receive my tickets up until 15 minutes before the event. I had friends fly over from abroad for the event, of course nothing was refunded by viagogo except what i had paid for the tickets, so friends paid and flew over for NOTHING. Customer service seems to care more about unhappy customers using swear words than the fact that the company is a complete scam. Seems like they overbook the tickets in order to use the overbooking preauthorizations for other investments. Also when I asked to speak with anyone in charge, they suddenly didn't have a manager? NEVER AGAIN!
