I bought tickets for Imagine Dragons, and Viagogo assured me I'd receive them—even calling customer support who said it was "normal" to get them on the day. But just 90 minutes before the show, they called to say the seller never provided my tickets. They offered much worse seats (where I couldn’t even see the stage) at the same price. I refused and had to ask for a refund.Their practices are irresponsible and misleading. They hold your money, then offer garbage alternatives at the last minute. I missed the concert because of them. Never using Viagogo again.
