Warning: Do not purchase tickets from this site — you may never receive them.We traveled all the way from Greece to Germany for the Billie Eilish concert in Cologne on May 30, 2025, at 20:00. We each paid €333 for our tickets and were told they would be sent via email.Despite calling their U.S. customer service three times, we were always told the same thing: “Just wait a little longer.” Finally, at 20:30 — half an hour after the concert had already started — they sent us a message offering a refund as the only option.Now, we’re left without the concert we traveled for and hoping we’ll at least get our money back.I’ll update this review once I see how (or if) the refund goes.
