So when an order is confirmed the buyer and the seller can’t cancel the order anymore unless you pay the full price of the ticket to Viagogo .When an event gets cancelled , SUDDENLY it is possible to cancel the order . The buyer doesn’t get his money back, he gets a ridiculous voucher for the website for the next purchase and the seller doesn’t get anything from the website. Their policy DOES NOT comply with the European consumer rights . Don’t listen to them and DO NOT pay anything. I am a lawyer so I knew that all their policy is applicable to the US , where people don’t really have consumer rights . I would never ever use this website again. Horrible management
