Departing Ottawa at 6pm to come back to Brockville on February 20th on train #59,I was happy to receive great service again provided by Michael Wright. He had my wheel chair and took me to my train .He is such a kind and caring man and always a gentleman. I always look forward going back and forth to and from Ottawa as the employees that help me are wonderful. I only can say positive words about Michael .Many Thanks Again Michael.
