Departing Ottawa at 6pm to come back to Brockville on February 20th on train #59,I was happy to receive great service again provided by Michael Wright. He had my wheel chair and took me to my train .He is such a kind and caring man and always a gentleman. I always look forward going back and forth to and from Ottawa as the employees that help me are wonderful. I only can say positive words about Michael .Many Thanks Again Michael. Yesterday we were returning on train fifty-four, Toronto to Smith Falls. Departure from Union station was moved back from 05:50 to 06:30pm due to a significant winter storm, with a projected arrival time of 09:30pm. Before leaving we were already running one hour late. Long story short we arrived in Smith Falls at 03:35 am the next morning. We would like to give a shout out to the two ladies (T and E) I do not want to name them here, but you know who you are. You were amazing and took great care of everyone onboard. The 02:45 am pizza at the Kingston stop demonstrated your professionalism and great customer service.
You made the best for your customers of a difficult situation, and we appreciate you.

The service manager in Quebec City was truly outstanding. He was extremely helpful, considerate, and approachable. He went out of his way to assist my friend when she misplaced her bag. We are very grateful for his support. Highly recommended! 10/10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I find it baffling that a round trip with the service, under identical conditions, has varying prices for the outbound and return legs—especially when the return is pricier. Using the same train, class, and route between two cities, the return fare is $70 higher. This feels like a scam.

I frequently travel in business class from one city to another and the service is consistently outstanding. I was assisted by a representative on December 4th and another on December 5th. Both were friendly and attentive. I have never had a negative experience with the crew. Kudos to them!
We have taken the service a few times from one city to another in Business Class. The meals were quite good and served hot. Our recent return trip was excellent on Train 45. A steward provided great service, was very polite, and took excellent care of us. The meal was one of the best we’ve had. This steward is certainly an asset to the service.
We started late and are now stuck in a city for two days. We had tours booked and the service showed no concern; they can't even inform us about the next train. I had planned a trip with family to a popular area but I'm now canceling it. This train system is disappointing.
The transport service is highly inefficient. It's disappointing that this is the only option available in the country. I wish they would adopt a more effective European model to improve rail efficiency and competitiveness, which benefits travelers and reduces carbon footprints.
The cost of business class on this train is not justified. The food was bland, and the train was quite slow. Given the price, I expected a better experience. The newer trains have automatic button washrooms that are confusing and can lead to uncomfortable situations. Overall, the train service in the country is lagging behind.
