Booked Seine River cruise via Viator, but the experience was disappointing. There was a very long queue and poor crowd management — we waited 45 minutes with a child and were then told boarding would take another hour with no clear guidance. Viator customer service was unable to help or offer a solution. Overall, poorly organised with frustrating service.
