We recently visited the Scandinavian countries, and on our way back we had about 8 hours between our connecting flights in Paris. Instead of staying at the airport, we decided to book a short tour, and it was a really good decision.
We were in touch with Bobby from customer service, and everything was handled in a simple and well-organized way. The pickup and drop-off were smooth, and we managed to see quite a bit of the city in the limited time we had.
Paris traffic was quite heavy, which was the only frustrating part, but that’s obviously not something anyone can control.
Overall, it was a very good way to use our layover time, and the experience was comfortable and hassle-free. Thanks to Viator and the team for making it easy for us.

I booked a shuttle service at the Calgary airport going to Banff. My niece's plane was late so I called Viator to see if there was a later shuttle or if the shuttle would wait 15-20 minutes for us. The later shuttle was too late becuase it would not get us to the gondola at Sunshine before it closed which was how we were to get to the hotel and the shuttle operator would not wait. I asked to cancel and was told they would review my request and let me know. I did not receive any communcation so I filed a request online. Shortly thereafter I was told my money would not be refunded. There are many companys like this. I will never book again with this company.

I made a reservation of spanish speaker tour guide to the pyramids and GEM. The tourguide herself was nice but was always walking fast, the tour ended two hours before planned and she didnt take us to the GEM store souvenirs and i was unable to stop and take a look at the pyramids souvenirs because she was always running far ahead of us. On the other hand, they take us (tour guide and driver) to unrequired places (papirus and perfume store). It s a scheme to not call it a scam, cause since you arrive at the store, there will be a staff arranged specially for you to explain everything and FORCE YOU TO BUY SOMETHING AT ANY COST. I sent a message to the guide to save us but she ignored it, probably because she profits something from tourists purchases as well. Then we refused to visit the perfume store. It s so unpleasent to be forced to buy something. SO, WHICH ONE WILL YOU BUY??? Any of them, i already have two of these items. Even though you reply something like this, no way to leave the store with empty hands. Next time i will scream and play the mad woman, because it s really the worst. Sorry, but i dont recommend it.

The tour began smoothly and on time, our driver/guide was friendly and polite. We had a great drive in the Nairobi National park followed by the elephant orphanage (which for me was the highlight of the tour) and giraffe center. The bead factory was also very interesting though I believe their products are priced relatively high. Would recommend the tour to anyone.

This time, they charged us and would not take responsibility or refund us, almost $300.00. The customer service was so bad, I would never use them again.

There was a very long queue and poor crowd management — we waited 45 minutes with a child and were then told boarding would take another hour with no clear guidance. Viator customer service was unable to help or offer a solution. Overall, poorly organised with frustrating service.
