I ordered a set of two chairs for a considerable amount, and upon delivery, I was shocked to find the chairs were small and looked very cheap. After contacting them immediately, I received no support. Initially, they promised to investigate, but later just asked for pictures again, which I had already sent. They do not offer refunds or exchanges. Their response did not address my concerns but instead focused on color, which was not my issue. It seems they sourced these chairs from a low-quality vendor. My review on their site has also been removed, suggesting they hide negative feedback.
