Absolute fraud company, no one replies on mail. Same repeated "Sorry for inconvenience" message on WhatsApp. Bought a paint and a marble table, the table stand/frame is faulty and it keeps failing at one side. And looking at the message thread, other people are in same boat. What a shit show, never gonna buy again from this website.
My order was delivered yesterday, and I was shocked to find that the console is constructed from poor quality materials, featuring cheap finishes that are noticeably different from the images on the website. The entire console is unstable due to a hollow base, unlike what was depicted, and the drawers lack knobs. To make matters worse, the customer care number seems to be invalid and connects to an incorrect number. This is a fraudulent service. Please avoid making a purchase.
