Currently in a charge dispute with Vibe Kayaks and may have to sue to get my money back! I have also filed reports with the FTC and the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division of Georgia.I purchased a kayak and accessories totaling $3,000+ over TWO MONTHS ago and never received any of it. Vibe is saying that FragilePak picked it up, while FragilePak stated that they have visited the Vibe warehouse three separate times and not once has Vibe had the kayak available for pickup. Vibe never shipped the kayak and are trying to force me to wait until they "find it" to refund me. Their actions are unethical, illegal, and as a company they deserve a one-way voyage.Do not do business with this company. At best, they are ripping off the reputable brands that came before them and exploiting cheap Chinese labor to produce them. They do not stand behind their products, the extended warranty they offer is FAKE, customer service will ignore you, and as others have said, they also have a fake phone number on their website.
