No good vibes from Vibe Kayaks

I ordered a vibe kayak back in November of 2021.I read many great reviews and others and thought this would be a great fishing kayak. WRONG. I bough a Yellowfin 100 for 800 dollars. The only advantages it has over my 300 dollar kayak is a better seat and it is setup for fishing. Could have bought one for 400 bucks of another brand that would be much better. Vibe kayak is not as stable and does not track as true as my 300 dollar kayak.At time of purchase kayak was supposed to be delivered in 15 to 20 business days. After many phone calls, empty promises and excuses I finally received my kayak June of 2022. This business has horrible customer service and they do things according to their own time line.I was stupid enough to think I would order a paddle from Vibe, delivery of 5 to 7 business days. After two weeks and couple of emails, got told paddle was on back order. I canceled my order.Stay away from Vibe kayaks and their accessories. They are no better than any other vendor and they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
