At check out there was no where to choose expedited shipping so I just decided to wait the 15-20 days. Write in around day 15 and was told to be patient. 26 Days roll by and no shipping notification or update. Wrote to support again and got no response. Fast forward a full business week 30+ days still no response from support. Called the phone number on the website and their Voice Mail isn't even set up. Wrote to support again and no response. At this point I am unsure if I was scammed or just dealing with very poor customer service. Will update review if status changes. But if you are reading this I would consider avoiding until this review is updated.
