The inspection report also stated there were 'no suspension issues.' However, on the first day after bringing the car home, the air suspension compressor produced loud and prolonged sounds after sitting overnight. A few days later, I noticed that one side of the vehicle was sinking by about 5 cm overnight. I visited a service center for a full diagnostic, and they confirmed in writing that there is a long-term leak in the rear air suspension, which matched the symptoms I observed from day one. The repair cost is estimated at $3,671. Nevertheless, the dealership refused to authorize the repair at the service center and insisted I pay $1,500 to use their own third-party shop. This approach is inadequate for this type of air suspension, as only the official service center has the right tools, software, and calibration methods. This situation has been immensely frustrating. I expected the mechanical condition described during the sale to be accurate. Instead, I discovered a pre-existing defect almost immediately after purchasing the vehicle, leading me to invest time, money, and effort to resolve an issue that should have been disclosed or identified before the sale. I hope this review prompts future buyers to be cautious and to request a more thorough, independently verified inspection before purchasing.
