I bought a 2019 model vehicle from a dealership on November 1, 2025. Before finalizing the purchase, I explicitly inquired about any potential suspension issues and was assured that everything was in order. The inspection report also indicated that there were 'no suspension issues.' However, on the first day after bringing the car home, the air suspension compressor emitted loud and prolonged noises after sitting overnight. A few days later, I noticed that one side of the vehicle was sinking by approximately 5 cm overnight. I took the car to a service center for a thorough diagnostic check. They confirmed in writing that there is a long-term leak in the rear air suspension, which aligns with the symptoms I noticed from the start. The estimated repair cost is $3,671. Despite this, the dealership refused to authorize the repair at the service center and insisted that I pay $1,500 to use their own third-party shop. For this type of air suspension system, this approach is inadequate, as only the official service center has the proper tools, software, and calibration methods. This has been an incredibly frustrating ordeal. I anticipated that the basic mechanical condition described during the sale would be accurate. Instead, I uncovered a pre-existing defect almost immediately after purchasing the vehicle, forcing me to invest time, money, and effort to address an issue that should have been properly disclosed or identified prior to the sale. I hope this review encourages future buyers to be cautious and request a more comprehensive, independently verified inspection before making a purchase.

I experienced excellent and professional service from all the staff. They allowed me ample time to inspect the car, take a test drive, and think it over. The vehicle was clean and had all the necessary paperwork. Thank you; I’ll definitely be back!
I received excellent service when I bought a vehicle. It drives wonderfully, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car with peace of mind. They have a fantastic customer service team who addressed all my questions.
I bought a used vehicle from a branch in 2019, partly because the cars were supposed to be approved/inspected. The vehicle was fine, but within two weeks, I had to replace the wipers and the card key. I later found out that the vehicle had been recalled due to a safety issue. I had to order the card key from abroad, which took around two weeks. Another issue I discovered in 2023 was that the key for the wheel lock nut was missing. When I contacted the dealership for assistance, the representative claimed they had no branch in my area, which was untrue. He suggested that I must have lost it, which was frustrating. I was not asking them to purchase the key; I had already contacted a dealer for help. The representative's poor attitude and customer service were off-putting. I would not buy a car from this company again; they need to improve their customer service skills. Don't rely solely on their claims of being approved or inspected; conduct your own checks.
