1/5 stars - ABYSMAL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE! I'm shocked and disappointed by the utter lack of proper support from Viber's team. Since July 23, 2025, I've been struggling with a non-received activation code issue, and despite multiple attempts to reach out to support, I've been met with a mind-numbing cycle of 'wait 12 hours' responses. It's been over 72 hours, and I'm still waiting for a resolution. I’m handicapped to contact while overseas due to complete absence of proactive troubleshooting.
