The app fails repeatedly to verify my phone number. It says I will receive a call but no call comes through. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same result. Then I tried a different phone with a different provider. This time I did recieve a call but the verification was rejected. (Yes, I did make sure I entered the correct phone numbers and digits every time.)

After giving it a 1 star review on Google I received a response from Viber telling me to click a link and enter my issues there. I did, and I received an email telling me that I would receive an SMS. No SMS was received.

I then tried Yolla which uses exactly the same verification procedure. That worked on the first try.

Frustrating communication issues

I am unable to call my friends who are in the same city. I can't even answer their calls, and they can't answer mine either. Frequently, my messages fail to send, and during calls, there's often a significant delay in my voice. Questions I asked 10 minutes ago are only responded to after a long wait. Additionally, the service crashes constantly.

Poor connection

I can't even reach my friends who are in the same city. Calls don't go through, and messages often fail too. Usually, there's a significant delay in my voice during calls, leading to confusion as my friend responds much later than I spoke. The app crashes frequently.

AVOID THIS SERVICE

AVOID THIS SERVICE. They have charged my account multiple times without granting me any access to make calls. Customer support claims they can't change accounts, which raises serious questions. I've filed a complaint with the relevant authorities and will pursue legal action. They refuse to cancel my account or refund the money taken from me.

Service issues and cancellation problems

I purchased a trial package to test the service, expecting reliability. However, I can't log into my account, and cancellation is blocked! Support ignores my requests, and I'm still being charged. I'm considering legal action. If management sees this, please resolve this issue quickly or risk losing customers.

Package issues

I purchased a package, but the credits were not added to my account. I couldn't make calls on Christmas to family without smartphones. Customer service ignored my complaints. AVOID THIS!
