From my first webinar to the latest one on one customer feedback meeting.. Viberate have been quite strong in wanting to know what their customers do NOT LIKE as well as LIKE about the Viberate platform. They do not just leave customer feedback to an email or message but actually show a genuine care about how their customers feel about the product.Having a one on one meeting does reveal more from a customer and is a valuable resource for Viberate,Viberate is an important product for the serious person or artist in the Music Industry. when it comes to statistical data analytics its a Game changer, and a platform I anticipate i will be with for a very long time.Absolutely gave them a 5 out of 5 I think they are worth a 7 out of 5.
This one of the few sites I check everyday as a professional DJ/Producer/Label Owner this site is invaluable plethora of stats covering most social media platforms as well as streaming platforms, but my biggest use of this platform is to help me map my release schedule as well as s monitoring my overall career movement. You instantly get to see where you need to pay more attention and make informed decisions, for instance choosing you next label for demo submission, you can check many detailed stats on Beatport (which is my main platform) on said labels so you can get a better fitting label for current production/career level.Basically I can write whole book on this site its very exciting to see where they’re going to go. If you’re serious about being in the music industry its a must.
Viberate is a company I feel I haven’t seen in forever, it’s warm and inviting the staff have been a wonderful help and make understanding anything you may have a question about clear and precise. Viberate is a very transparent company with heart of the music industry in mind and it’s been a while since I’ve seen people who are genuinely excited about the music community and what they do as staff. Anytime I’ve had a interaction with anyone it’s as if I am talking with a friend who I am comfortable with yesterday we had a presentation to help users understand analytics and Vasja Veber covered every single topic and explained with plenty of detail how everything works and how Viberate calculates it’s analytics and I absolutely enjoyed it.Viberate is extremely helpful and it’s replaced the sites I use to use to check stats and trends I honestly feel it’s made sites such as “chart metric” and “Spot on track” almost obsolete now with their new analytics feature. Overall a 10/10 company and I love it and I love being a contributor to the site. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are an artist, venue or label, trust Viberate is the place to be.
I was really impressed not only with the amount of information that was easily accessible but also how everything tied together. The most complete data provider when it comes to the most services that it's monitoring. The festival information was especially nice to see.
Great place to find musical artist info (links, events, videos etc.) You can also add info about other artists.If you use the pro version, it's a great tool to see detailed stats and analyze marketing performance on social media and streaming platforms. Pro is still in development but has already a lot of very useful info.
Viberate is poised to be THE place to go for the music industry when it comes to artist metrics, club and venue listings, touring data, concerts, festivals, and more! The team has been great to work with and as an artist, I can say the day is presented in an easy to understand format.
