They lack active support emails and do not reply to any inquiries. They promote one product but send a completely different, low-quality item. When I attempted to return it, I realized it was a scam and lost my money. Their Trustpilot score is fake.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!! SCAM!!!! I didn’t receive a tracking number or any order details after buying. I tried to reach out via the email and phone number provided on their site, but both were 'misconfigured.' Spare yourself the hassle and do NOT order from this site or any linked from YouTube ads!
I wouldn’t suggest paying for the ‘express delivery’ option — I paid extra and still waited over a month for my order, only to find out it was being shipped from overseas. Definitely not as advertised. Communication was also very poor, with no updates or replies from the company. Just a warning for anyone considering ordering! Don’t waste your time or money! It says it’s due today, but we’ll see!
