i ordered a sculpt stick in the shade toasted, and I used it a few times before it came to screwing it up, It wouldn’t screw up so I took some tweezers and tried to fix it myself and yes I twisted and twisted clockwise and counter clockwise and it didn’t work. I sent a complaint by email and they got back, asking for me to send a picture of the code on the bottom but of corse I took off the bottom because I was trying to screw it up. I proceeded to tell them this, and never heard back from it being two months later. It’s understandable I could just put a brush into it but I bought it because I was sick of the application from brushes. Not the best product I’ve received especially for the price of it. Not very convenient.
I bought the Rise mascara and the bottle was nearly empty, I could see through the bottom with a flashlight. I thought i had bought an opened package and bought a new. This one was also nearly empty. It has as much as mascara as the one I’ve had for several months a been looking to replace. This package was unopened since I checked this time. And it’s hard to convince the staff that I got it his way and didn’t just use it all up. It’s a lot of money in the drain since these mascaras are not cheap. So avoid buying from milk unless you want to pay for an empty product.
After a long decision making, because of the price of the MILK make up products, I decided to buy the MILK MAKEUP MATTE BRONZER stick. Imagine my disappointment when the stick melted in front of my eyes because it was 22 degrees Celsius outside… The stick is completely useless to me now - if I try to apply it on my face it is chunky and impossible to blend. I’m not sure if I’ll ever buy anything else from MILK and I strongly recommend not to use their products in the summer.
This is exhausting. If it doesn't affect you, you can't care mentality is not good enough anymore. Especially for companies/manufacturers and product chain transparency. And frankly, it affects everyone. They just don't see it yet. I am truly disgusted with the state of companies that refuse to be helpful or allow for transparency about their food lines. Anaphylaxis is not taken seriously enough in the west. If your products come in contact with, share equipment with (with no testing), supplier chain uncertainty... requires a "May Contain" label. At some point, someone has to do something about the life-threatening circumstances irresponsible, unhelpful companies such as this are putting people in. Ideally, the west would hold our food/makeup/brands that carry allergens institutions to a higher qualitative standard so everyone feels safe when eating, wearing makeup or even hugging a loved one who is wearing makeup, using a perfume product etc... The amount of background checking a person/parent/spouse has to do to ensure someone doesn't die is abhorrent. Your customer service is a failure. I commend the companies with 3000+ items that they trace and track and make available information that saves lives. Everyone else is government standard amoral filth.
