I placed an order and received confirmation, but only part of it was delivered. The item I received was not useful alone. When I asked about the missing part, the support team insisted I got what I ordered. After I provided the confirmation, they said it was just for demonstration. They offered a return for a refund voucher, but the return costs would be high, and I couldn't trust a new order would be fulfilled correctly. These practices may be acceptable in some places, but they are not suitable for business in Europe. It's challenging to work with a company like this.
