Overall, I cannot be satisfied at all because I received the article desired pretty much on time.
But, the elastic band was 12 Millimeters instead of 20 Millimeters wide. It was even labelled correctly but the contents was wrong and not useable for our purposes.
I placed an order and received confirmation, but only part of it was delivered. The item I received was not useful alone. When I asked about the missing part, the support team insisted I got what I ordered. After I provided the confirmation, they said it was just for demonstration. They offered a return for a refund voucher, but the return costs would be high, and I couldn't trust a new order would be fulfilled correctly. These practices may be acceptable in some places, but they are not suitable for business in Europe. It's challenging to work with a company like this.
