After placing my original order, I soon realized that I had selected the wrong size jeans. The platform states that changes cannot be made after one hour, and when I reached out for assistance, the support team informed me that they could not modify it once it entered fulfillment. However, my order status was still listed as "Unfulfilled" for two business days, which seemed like ample time to adjust the size. Instead, I was told I would need to exchange it. When I finally received the items, I attempted to initiate an online exchange but was unsuccessful. A chat agent explained that low stock prevented them from guaranteeing the size would be available by the time my return was processed, which I understood. Initially, I had a deal for $15 off plus 50% off and free shipping, but now I faced significantly higher costs for the replacement. Although the agent offered a gift card to reflect the 50% discount, it didn’t cover the $15 off and the $10 shipping fee. When I asked about a shipping code, the response was delayed, and eventually, the agent disappeared. I ended up ordering the replacement with the 50% discount and paid for shipping. Later, my order confirmation didn’t show the gift card applied, leading to another inquiry, only to find out it was indeed applied but not reflected in the confirmation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, largely due to the company's policies rather than the agents' efforts. I’ll try to keep things in perspective and remember that this is a minor setback in life.
