Review Time
The return process was extremely challenging. There was no information about initiating a return in any of my confirmation, shipping, or delivery emails. After finally finding time to address it (due to kids and the holiday season), I discovered that returns were only eligible for store credit. Perhaps I should have reviewed the return policy more thoroughly, but the idea of having no returns and only store credit is unreasonable. By the time I attempted to send it back, I was already beyond the return window, which was just over a month. This was not a straightforward experience for a shopper. Personally, I won't be returning for future purchases, as the hassle isn't worth it, especially when only store credit is offered for returns. There are many other online retailers that provide a smoother experience and offer proper refunds.
After placing my original order, I soon realized that I had selected the wrong size jeans. The platform states that changes cannot be made after one hour, and when I reached out for assistance, the support team informed me that they could not modify it once it entered fulfillment. However, my order status was still listed as "Unfulfilled" for two business days, which seemed like ample time to adjust the size. Instead, I was told I would need to exchange it. When I finally received the items, I attempted to initiate an online exchange but was unsuccessful. A chat agent explained that low stock prevented them from guaranteeing the size would be available by the time my return was processed, which I understood. Initially, I had a deal for $15 off plus 50% off and free shipping, but now I faced significantly higher costs for the replacement. Although the agent offered a gift card to reflect the 50% discount, it didn’t cover the $15 off and the $10 shipping fee. When I asked about a shipping code, the response was delayed, and eventually, the agent disappeared. I ended up ordering the replacement with the 50% discount and paid for shipping. Later, my order confirmation didn’t show the gift card applied, leading to another inquiry, only to find out it was indeed applied but not reflected in the confirmation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, largely due to the company's policies rather than the agents' efforts. I’ll try to keep things in perspective and remember that this is a minor setback in life.

The shipping is quick and easy and usually free, the returns are great and customer service really comes through if you have an issue. Im so glad I found this website it's definitely my go to now. When I placed my original order, I realized about two or three hours later that I chose the wrong size jeans--their site says they can't guarantee changes to orders after one hour has passed. When I requested it, Customer Care stated they cannot change it once it's in fulfillment. The problem is that the status of my order was, "Unfulfilled," not "In fulfillment." It remained unfulfilled for two business days. That's plenty of time to alter the order to reflect the correct size, no matter the logistics. They told me I would have to exchange it. Once I finally received the items, I tried to exchange online but couldn't. A chat agent explained that it's because they had low stock and couldn't guarantee it would be available by the time I got my return dropped off at the UPS store (totally understand that one). I'd had a $15 off + 50% off deal with the original order and free shipping due to my total with multiple items in the order. Now I was looking at paying 3× as much for the replacement. The agent initially stated they couldn't honor past deals but then offered a gift card to reflect the 50% off. That was nice but didn't cover the $15 off plus the $10 shipping charge. I contacted chat again to inquire about a shipping code, and the agent took forever to respond, eventually just disappearing altogether. I finally just ordered the replacement with the 50% off and paid the shipping. After that, my order confirmation did not reflect the gift card, so I had to contact them again only for that chat agent to tell me the GC was actually applied, it just doesn't show up on the order confirmation. Mind blown, and not in a great way. It was a poor experience due to company policies moreso that the chat agents' attempts at help. However, I will focus on being thankful it wasn't worse, and this is not the most important thing to be upset about. Just a minor frustration in the grand scheme of life.
The customer service is fast and helpful! They were able to quickly refund an order when my finger slipped and I did not realize my card information was saved! They saved the day, and I will buy from them and be back for many years to come with them being such a great company!
I actually don’t like to give a bad review specially when I usually buy some of my dresses from this store. But time unfortunately it wasn’t what I expected it. I place an order for a dress in Medium size and some how VICI store is sending me an XL dress I needed for thanksgiving but now I can’t wear it, I spoke to a lady today and she was definitely rude about how to handle the situation she mentioned couple times times to me that I can’t have a refund only exchange, I don’t want a refund I wanted my dress that what I pay for and also the size I wanted she wasn’t nice to me and she was very rude all I wanted was to get a solution about how to get the size right and maybe shipped by the time I needed but she didn’t even offer me an option seriously not a good service.
