I've used this long-term parking for a few trips, but this last experience was frustrating! I requested the battery be disconnected, but upon arrival, it wasn't reconnected. I was also offered an inside cleaning that added to the parking charge, but my car was not cleaned at all. There was no explanation, just a quick goodbye. I won’t be using this service again and advise others to be cautious.
