I have been a loyal customer for over 14 years, using this service frequently. Previously, the staff was helpful and polite, but that has changed drastically. I emailed about my experience two weeks ago and received no response. After a disappointing encounter with the staff, I need to understand what has changed. The pickup point has shifted to a less convenient location, and the driver took an unusually long time to arrive. The staff seemed unprofessional, and I was shocked by the lack of communication regarding my bill adjustments. It feels like the business is prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction.
I parked my car at the airport for three days and it was an excellent experience. Booking online was easy, and payment upon arrival was convenient. The transfer to the airport was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed, but the shuttle was there when I arrived, and it only took a few minutes to get my car back. I highly recommend this service.
I've used this long-term parking for a few trips, but this last experience was frustrating! I requested the battery be disconnected, but upon arrival, it wasn't reconnected. I was also offered an inside cleaning that added to the parking charge, but my car was not cleaned at all. There was no explanation, just a quick goodbye. I won’t be using this service again and advise others to be cautious.
