I purchased two dresses and returned one. I have proof of delivery from a courier to their office. The customer service team claims they cannot locate my return and asked for my tracking information. I provided it, yet I'm still waiting for the refund to hit my credit card for a substantial amount. I wouldn't recommend shopping online from Europe. The phone number is unresponsive and the customer service team is silent. This is unacceptable for dresses priced over $1000. Now, I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Avoid this online store in Europe; returns are not secure, and getting your money back is a hassle. The dress I received is lovely, but the online service is lacking for such a high-end brand. Please refund my money!
