Review Time
I have always admired Victoria Beckhams brand and placed an order on 6th January to wear to my Dads funeral on 16th January,
1. The order didn’t arrive until I was at the funeral- so too late
2. When starting the return process, one of the items states ‘product not shipped yet’ so I cannot move forward returning that item (the item did ship)
3. I have emailed, filled in the client query form, used the live chat and even phoned the Dover Street Store - and still have no response on how to return the item that has apparently not shipped.
4. The acknowledgement of email/client query form, has a message at the top ‘please type your response above this line’. This does not work on my phone or iPad.
The order was expensive and for a significant life event. I feel so disappointed that it didn’t arrive on time but also such incredibly poor customer service. I actually do not know what to do now! Hoping I receive an email soon!
I purchased two dresses and returned one. I have proof of delivery from UPS to their office. However, customer service claims they cannot locate my return and asked for my UPS tracking information. I provided it, but I'm still awaiting a refund on my credit card for a significant amount. I wouldn't recommend buying online from Europe. The phone number is non-functional, and the customer service is unresponsive. This is unacceptable for dresses priced over 1000 dollars. Now I have to dispute the credit card transaction. Avoid purchasing online here in Europe; it's risky regarding returns and refunds. The dress I received is lovely, but the online service is inadequate for such a high-end brand. I want my money back!

I ordered a dress with a promised delivery of 1 to 3 days. Initially, tracking showed it was 'on the way,' but things took a turn for the worse. On the fourth day, there was no update. I emailed for clarification and received no reply. After a few days, I found a contact number, but it only led to voicemail. I left a message, but again, no response. Eventually, the delivery status changed, and I received the dress. I had a question about a design feature and emailed with photos, but once more, no reply. The customer service needs significant improvement. I've lost hope of ever getting a response.

I wish I had seen the reviews earlier regarding how this brand treats its customers. Please contact me; I would like a refund.
I sold a few items back to the seller without issue. However, recently I sent a brand new t-shirt with tags. I was offered £47 as a trade-in price, which I accepted, but later my account showed the trade-in was rejected due to 'bad condition.' I am furious as the item was in perfect condition! I provided photos as proof, yet I received no response from customer service. The website states items won't be returned but will be donated or upcycled. Be cautious if you use this service; you might end up losing money, especially on a high-value item.
I would rate it a zero if possible. I ordered a £1,200 handbag as a Christmas gift, and after 12 days (on Christmas day), the item still hadn’t been dispatched according to the tracking app. The expected delivery was 3-4 days. I waited for online support for 40 minutes twice only to be cut off. I visited a local store, but they couldn't assist since I ordered online. I've sent three emails over the past week with no response. This is unacceptable.

Even after manually changing it, it still didn’t work. Now, I'm approaching 14 days and will need to contact my credit card company. I've left voicemails and sent emails. I wish I had checked reviews first. I expected better from such a reputed brand. My advice is to steer clear of this brand. Regardless of the product quality, customer treatment seems to be a low priority.
Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response from customer service regarding my issue. I am simply trying to request a return for one item, but the website indicates the item has not yet been delivered, preventing the return process. It states to email customer service for more information. If assistance isn't forthcoming, please just go ahead and issue a refund for an item that the website claims is undelivered.
