I am shocked by the complete lack of service. I ordered jeans and tops in various sizes due to unclear sizing on the website. The package took nearly two weeks to arrive. The main issue arose when I attempted to initiate a return; the system defaulted to store credit instead of a refund to my original payment method. Even after manually changing it, it still didn’t work. Now, I'm approaching 14 days and will need to contact my credit card company. I've left voicemails and sent emails. I wish I had checked reviews first. I expected better from such a reputed brand. My advice is to steer clear of this brand. Regardless of the product quality, customer treatment seems to be a low priority.
