NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - literally no one works in that department! I ordered a dress which arrived and didn't suit me. It wouldn't let me generate the return form and I'm now 25 days in with not a single response from customer service to exercise my right to return. I call and email daily....I've even travelled in to London to go to the store who simply advised that I would need to speak to customer service. When you are spending ££££ on a dress this is diabolical. I will never shop here again!!!
