Non existent customer service. Spent £1100 on a VB chain bag for it to break a few months later. No response to my emails and waited over an hour to speak to someone at their head office to know avail. For a luxury brand this is unacceptable. Even made contact via instagram but still waiting for a response. Not sure how they justify marketing themselves as a luxury high end brand when their products/customer service is any thing but!
