ordered from VB Beauty 10 days ago, they deliver through EVRI, despite contacting EVRI daily and VB customer support, EVRI can’t find the parcel and VB send generic emails such as below During peak season, our courier partners experience much higher volumes, which can delay tracking scans and in-transit updates. Tracking may take up to 7 days etc They can’t be contacted and as EVRI can’t find the parcel I’m left with no choice but to continue chasing EVRI and waiting for VB customer support to potentially get back to me, not what I expected and I won’t order again.
