Disappointing Experience with Delays and Communication

I’m located in Australia and placed my order on December 1, but I haven’t received any updates. I sent two emails on December 15 and another on December 20, but all I received was a standard response indicating that they are facing higher-than-usual volumes of inquiries and orders. They mentioned their team is working hard and asked for patience. On December 20, I filed a claim through the service, and by December 23, I received an email apologizing for a glitch and stating that a refund has been processed, which should arrive in 3-5 business days. Thankfully, I will get my money back, but this experience is far from satisfactory. This supposed premium service needs significant improvement. I also have an order from November 2024 that still shows as 'on its way.' Who is managing these issues?

Frustrating Experience with Orders

I reside in Australia and placed two orders with the company, eager to enhance my makeup collection. I admire their philosophy and the attractive packaging, and the product reviews were promising. However, over four weeks later, my orders still hadn't arrived. After following up, I learned that the company was unaware of my delivery status. They offered a refund, but I have yet to receive my money or my order. Steer Clear! I placed an order 10 days ago, and it seems my package might be lost. Customer support has been unhelpful, and the service is incredibly disappointing. It's not worth paying for premium service with this level of support.

The customer service is non-existent! An item was missing from my order, and despite emailing and messaging on social media, I received no response. No Support Received

I wish I had looked for reviews before ordering. I was excited about the concealer pen after loving the samples, but since ordering on 24th November, the courier has not delivered. I contacted customer support and received an automated response. I waited patiently but got the same result when I followed up. The courier now claims the package is lost. I have little hope for the company's customer service to assist me. I've had a similar issue with another company that quickly resolved my problem, showing that some businesses care more about their customers.

Unreliable Shipping and Support

I placed a large order during Black Friday sales as a birthday gift, but it never arrived! After delays and back-and-forth with the courier, they admitted they lost the parcel. I contacted customer service for an immediate replacement, but after four days of silence, they finally issued a refund and suggested I enjoy the parcel if it eventually arrives.
