I’m located in Australia and placed my order on December 1, but I haven’t received any updates. I sent two emails on December 15 and another on December 20, but all I received was a standard response indicating that they are facing higher-than-usual volumes of inquiries and orders. They mentioned their team is working hard and asked for patience. On December 20, I filed a claim through the service, and by December 23, I received an email apologizing for a glitch and stating that a refund has been processed, which should arrive in 3-5 business days. Thankfully, I will get my money back, but this experience is far from satisfactory. This supposed premium service needs significant improvement. I also have an order from November 2024 that still shows as 'on its way.' Who is managing these issues?
