AVOID! Stay away from them! I've been renting cars all over the world and this was worst experience. First experience was already odd - i had to call them 3 times before a bus to the airport arrived (other companies there had already picked their clients' twice at least in a meanwhile). Then it was only worst they offered a car on a their page for fixed money. When i came they're trying to force me to pay an insurance which is more expensive than a car rental and they refused returing the deposit claiming that they found new damages (i shall say scratches at the areas like inside wheel arch) after a full week from the moment I retured the car! They refused to check it in the moment i was returning the car and refused to pay the deposit back - unfortunately i couldn't do anything because it was not a blocked founds on my card i could ask bank to reject/release. This is fraud! I am sure these scratches either existed begfore (especially after what i saw when picking up a car - i had to pin point pre-existing scratches and damages myself - as all was ok by the guy doing inspecion) or were caused after i returned the car. These scrates which they found (after a week of keeping the car or maybe even renting it) not precisely marked on the pick-up protocol in their opinion are worth over 1000EUR, whern in fact it's not more than 100EUR to repair them if they wanted. Moreover - when i returned the car and was waiting on security checks they called me 20 times to shout on me that i stollen the signal light, which i told them i didn't touch and shall be in front of passanger where the guy put it. Yeah - they found it after they boddered me for 1hr and made 20 calls. I am wondering if there is any formal institution i can send my complain to and aks them to check their practices. This is simply unacceptable behaviour.
