Ordered a mini van as we were taking golf clubs. On arrival they said they had given us an alternative which was an Astra estate which was not big enough. They called the manager who said we could have a bigger car for 350 euros despite having the car or another mini van available despite being ordered for months.The people serving on collection and drop off were very nice which got the extra star. Disgusting behaviour from this company and the manager. We ended up cramming into an alternative car covered in bags for our trip.I will never use them again.
