SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We had an absolutely terrible experience with this car hire company, avoid at all costs. After returning the car, we were hit with a €200 charge for damage that was already on the vehicle when we picked it up. We took detailed photos and videos before driving off, which clearly show the damage was present beforehand. Despite sending this evidence to the company in multiple emails, they have completely ignored us and refused to even acknowledge our claims.To make matters worse, they charged us a fuel refill fee even though we had filled the tank to full just before returning the car. Again, we have proof of this, yet they still went ahead and billed us! The level of dishonesty and complete lack of customer service is appalling. It’s clear this company is running a scam, preying on customers and hoping they won't push back. If you look at other reviews that show exactly the same situation shows they are running some kind of pre organised operation. We’ve wasted hours trying to resolve this, but they are not interested in doing the right thing.If you’re looking for a reliable car hire service, do yourself a favour and avoid this company! They will take your money with no justification and then ignore you when you try to resolve the situation. This is by far the worst car hire experience we’ve ever had. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!
