Just want to warn - Victoriacars Car Hire company practices to benefit from old damages if you havent pictured all of them.They give you the car with a lot of small damages and if you just missed a little one be sure they will charge you 100 Euros for that.With none of of the other 5 car rental companies I had any issues like that. So if you ever have a misfortune to deal with this company picture EVERYTHING - every little detail and have a purchased full coverage insurance. ---My answer to the first reply from the renting company:---a) getting a cerain price through your marketing company and having an insurance from a third party doesn't assume unprofessional service and lack of dilligence;b) at the time of drop-off I have proved through pictures and by asking to clean some dirt on the body of the car that it was not a damage. To which you company employee agreed to, but told that later they will still be looking for defects. To which I could only reply -"sure do what you have to do" as my flight was leaving in appr. an hour.c) the day after drop-off your company have sent me the pictures ( along with an invoice ) of one of the wheel rims, where damages which were pointed to are vsible already on the picture I have made at pick-up time (simply your employee didn't ask for wheel pictures at drop-off inspection). The damage was just assumed - no discussion. And the refund of the deposit minus the price of your invoice came instantly. I do have a premium insurance with the third party and I will use it. But 1. your company should have already had all the defects (which, btw, were ample on the car you offered) carefully recorded before the rent; 2. judging form the reviews on google, seems this is became a systematic practice by your company.ps I haven't actually been offered insurance upon arrival which again points to certain lack of service integrity;pss: please note, that I haven't given your company a right to use my personal detais publicly and it is in serious breach with GDPR.---my answer to the second reply by the company---Thank you for editing out my private details.Any elegible address, which complies with GDPR is fine.---
