If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company are complete scammers. I recently rented a car for 10 days. I thoroughly inspected the vehicle after picking up and looked after it during our trip. When I returned it on our last day, a member of the Victoria Cars staff inspected the vehicle with me and confirmed that they were happy in the condition it was in and that I would receive back my full deposit. They returned my deposit however kept €200 euros stating that damage had been caused in my possession. This was a good week after I had returned the vehicle and with no such evidence.I have attempted to contact Victoria Cars now with multiple emails and they haven't even had the courtesy to come back to me. Complete robbing fraudsters. I will make a point of not using them again and will be spreading the word to all the people who regularly rent cars in the area.
