Delays and issues with damaged items – limited resolution offered
My experience with Victoria Plum was impacted by ongoing delays and issues with damaged products, which affected the overall bathroom project timeline.
The pedestal for the sink and cistern arrived damaged and required replacement, contributing to further delays during the installation process.
More significantly, the shower door was delivered in a damaged condition. Due to contractor availability and the need to progress the project, it was installed so the shower could be used in the interim. Despite this, a replacement door was later refused, and only a partial refund offered.
This created additional inconvenience and left us with a compromised outcome despite the product being supplied damaged.
Overall, the experience fell short of expectations in terms of product quality, resolution, and customer service.
